Visa Mail Service

1.  Please read the relevant Instructions before submitting your application.

2.  We provide Chinese visa mail service to all applicants residing in the United States.

3.  It takes 7-10 business days to process applications received by mail, from the date we receive your application.

  *Rush service is 3-5 business days, an additional $30 for each application will be charged.*

  *A Chinese visa is good for 90 days from the date of issue. To avoid complications and additional rush fee, your application and passports must be received by us no later than 30 days but no earlier than 90 days (A Chinese visa is good for 90 days from the date of issue).

4. Down Load and fill out the application form.

5.  Mail the finished application form, include passport, photo, personal check or company check to LST Group Inc.

6.  In addition to all regular processing fees, a $45.00 handling fee Per application will be charged (add $20.00 for rush service). A self-addressed prepaid envelope with sufficient postage must be included.

7.  We honor personal checks and company checks.

8.  Payments should be made payable to LST Group Inc.

10.  To facilitate your application, please be sure to provide a cover letter listing the items being mailed including your datetime phone number.

11.  Please put remarks of RENEWING PASSPORT, VISA APPLICATION, or AUTHENTICATION on your envelope in order to avoid rejection.

12.  The withdrawal of an application, while it is received by us, will be charged a service charge.

13.  We will not be responsible for the loss or damage to your passport and documents or any mishandling by the delivery services.

14.  We assume no responsibility for the postponement of travel due to the applicant's failure to follow any application instructions.
